SmartMate is a media player. It does not provide or sell any content. We do not supply playlists, channels, movies, series or streams, and we do not recommend providers.
Your responsibility
You decide which playlists to add. You must only add and play content that you have the legal right to access. Using SmartMate with pirated or unauthorised content is not permitted and is not supported.
What we do not allow
- Using our name, site or support channels to advertise or sell unauthorised content.
- Using SmartMate to infringe copyright or other rights.
- Asking us to supply, find or fix access to unauthorised content.
